(2) Website Form: customers may opt in via our contact form at https://www.moellertx.com/contact, which includes two separate, optional, unchecked-by-default consent checkboxes — one for transactional messages and one for marketing and promotional messages. Customers may submit the contact form without checking either checkbox. Marketing consent is collected separately from transactional consent and is not bundled with any service or purchase requirement
